Dental Insurance

BTHR BeneTemps offers a comprehensive dental insurance plan to all eligible employees through Delta Dental. The dental plan includes coverage for preventative care, basic restorative and major restorative services, and offers both in-network and out-of-network benefit levels. This is a voluntary plan which is paid fully by participating employees.

  • Offers both Delta PPO AND Delta Premier networks. Find a dentist at
  • Preventative, Basic, and Major Restorative care are covered at 100%-80%-50% for in-network services
  • Out-of network services are available at 100%-80%-50% of reasonable and customary charges
  • $50 deductible per person/$150 maximum per family per year
  • $1000 annual benefit maximum per person per year
  • Rollover Max – allows a portion of your unused benefit maximum dollars to roll over to the following benefit year. Rules and restrictions apply. View the Rollover Max Brochure.
  • Open Enrollment is available upon plan anniversary each year or with a qualified life event. No late enrollment restrictions on coverage.


Full-time employees will be eligible to enroll on the first day of the month following their three month employment anniversary. Full-time employees are those who maintain a minimum of 400 hours during any consecutive three month period. Employees will be notified upon reaching eligibility for the Plan.

Monthly Cost

Monthly premiums for dental insurance are fully paid by the employee through payroll deduction. Monthly premium deductions are taken on the third pay date of each month for the following month’s coverage.

Pre-Tax Premiums

Participants in the dental plan will be eligible to have their dental premium deducted on a pre-tax basis under BTHR BeneTemps’ Section 125 Plan.

Termination of Coverage

Coverage will end on the last day of the last paid month of coverage. For example, if an assignment ends on September 10th, coverage will end on September 30th.The October premium would not yet have been deducted.  If an assignment ends on September 29th, coverage will continue until October 31st because the October deduction would already have been taken from the employee’s pay. Dental is eligible for continuation under COBRA.

Rehire Eligibility

If an employee is off-assignment with BTHR BeneTemps for longer than 60 days, they must satisfy a new 3 month waiting period for re-enrollment.
