Please send your work phone number and email address (if you have one) to Beth Kilcup Beth@bthrsolutions.com as soon as possible after starting your assignment. If you do not have either of these, please ensure Beth has your cell phone number or another way to reach you during the work day. Please make sure you have your supervisor’s phone number and email address.
BTHR Solutions Communications
The primary method of communication to our employees is email. Company announcements, benefits information, timecard information, etc. is sent via email. Your work email will be the primary email we use on a daily basis unless directed otherwise by you. If you want your home email to be primary, please let Beth Kilcup know.
Absence from Work
In the event you cannot make it into work, it is your responsibility to notify both your supervisor and BTHR BeneTemps no later than 15 minutes after the normal start of the workday.
