Getting Paid

Pay Period

BTHR employees are paid weekly.  The pay period runs Monday-Sunday and the pay date is the following Thursday.

Live checks

Live checks are mailed to the employee’s home address and are usually received by Thursday of each week. Employees will receive a live check for 2-3 weeks before their direct deposit becomes effective.

Direct Deposit

Please complete the Direct Deposit Authorization Form if you have not already done so as part of your new-hire paperwork.

Earnings Statements

BTHR/BeneTemps provides employees access to their earnings statements and W-2 forms 24 hours per day, 7 days a week through ADP’s Workforce Now website and  ADP® Mobile Solutions.

Workforce Now Registration

• Specific instructions for registration are in your assignment confirmation letter.  If you have not registered and need the instructions, please contact Beth Kilcup at beth@bthrsolutions.com
• View your pay vouchers on ADP’s secure web site https://workforcenow.adp.com
• Your Username is always: [first initial][last name]@benetemps (eg. jsmith@benetemps)
• If you forgot your password or get locked out of the Workforce Now system for any reason, please contact Beth Kilcup at beth@bthrsolutions.com / 781-474-5637
• Pay vouchers will be available for viewing on the Thursday pay date each week and pay information can be printed or saved in another format such as a CD or portable flash drive. Pay information remains available to employees for three years.
