EEO/Diversity Statement
BTHR Solutions is firmly committed to creating a climate where the different perspectives that diversity brings to its business are valued. Attracting and developing a diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we serve is at the foundation of this precept. Viewing diversity as an asset is essential in cultivating a workforce that reflects the changing face of the United States.
It is the continuing policy of BTHR Solutions to afford equal employment opportunity to recruit qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age, disability, veteran status or any other basis protected by law. This policy encompasses all aspects of the employment relationship, including application and initial employment, job assignment, selection for training opportunities and salary/benefits administration.
Employment decisions will be based on the principles of equal employment opportunity and with the intent to further BTHR Solutions’ commitment to diversity. All applicants for employment and employees of BTHR Solutions may exercise their rights under this policy or federal, state or local laws at any time.
Sexual Harassment Policy
It is the policy of BTHR Solutions to provide an environment free from sexual and sex-based harassment. Sexual harassment or sex-based harassment occurs when unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature becomes a condition of an employee’s continued employment, affects other employment decisions regarding the employee, or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment.
Sexual and sex-based harassment may include:
- Requests for sexual favors.
- Unwanted physical contact, including touching, pinching, or brushing the body.
- Verbal harassment, such as sexual innuendoes, suggestive comments, jokes of a sexual nature, sexual propositions, and threats.
- Non-verbal conduct, such as display of sexually suggestive objects or pictures, leering, whistling, or obscene gestures.
- Acts of physical aggression, intimidation, hostility, threats, or unequal treatment based on sex (even if not sexual in nature).
Any BTHR Solutions employee who believes he or she has been sexually harassed should report the conduct immediately to Beth Kilcup. In the event you feel this type of harassment is caused by Beth Kilcup, you are advised to consult with Sam Gruenbaum, President of BTHR Solutions in Waltham, MA. No victim retaliation or discrimination will result from any good-faith complaint made under this policy.
A thorough and impartial investigation of all complaints will be conducted in as timely and confidential a manner as possible. Any associate of BTHR Solutions who has been found, after appropriate investigation, to have sexually harassed another employee will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including discharge.

Prohibited harassment occurs when verbal or physical conduct defames or shows hostility toward an individual because of his or her race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age or disability, or that of the individual’s relatives, friends, or associates; creates or is intended to create an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment; interferes or is intended to interfere with an individual’s work performance; or otherwise adversely affects an individual’s employment opportunities.
Harassing conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Epithets, slurs, negative stereotyping, or threatening, intimidating or hostile acts, which relate to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, or disability.
- Written or graphic material that defames or shows hostility or aversion toward an individual or group because of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, or disability and that is placed on walls, bulletin boards, or elsewhere in the workplace, or that is circulated in the workplace.
Any BTHR Solutions employee who believes he or she has been harassed should report the conduct immediately to Beth Kilcup. In the event you feel this type of harassment is caused by Beth Kilcup, you are advised to consult with Sam Gruenbaum, President of BTHR Solutions in Waltham, MA. Americans with Disabilities Act and ADA Amendment Act
To comply with the applicable laws ensuring equal employment opportunities to qualified individuals with disabilities, BTHR Solutions will provide reasonable accommodation to individuals with a known physical or mental disability if such accommodation would not impose an undue hardship on BTHR Solutions or our clients and would enable the individual to apply for, or perform, the essential functions of the position in question.
Any applicant or employee who requires an accommodation in order to perform the essential functions of the job should contact their BTHR Solutions Recruiter and request such an accommodation. The individual with the disability should specify in writing what accommodation is reasonable and if it will not impose an undue hardship, BTHR Solutions will make the accommodation, work with our clients to make the accommodation or BTHR Solutions may also propose an alternative accommodation(s).
